2.1 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to the Service (“User Content”). By posting or uploading User Content, you grant Fluxin.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

2.2 Prohibited Content: You will not post or upload any content, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Fluxin.ai reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

2.3 Social Media Integration: Fluxin.ai may allow you to connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Google accounts to the Service for features such as authentication, content publishing, performance tracking, and advertisement management. By linking your accounts, you:

Authorize Fluxin.ai to access and manage applicable account data (including posts, profile data, analytics, and advertising information), as permitted by the respective platform’s developer or API terms.
Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected social media platform.
Remain responsible for maintaining the security of your social credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported to [support@fluxin.ai].

2.4 Facebook and Instagram: By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account to the Service:

You authorize Fluxin.ai to access and manage your Facebook Pages and ad accounts, including creating, editing, and deleting posts and ads, and viewing performance metrics, in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms.
You agree to comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service via Meta platforms does not violate Meta’s policies. Fluxin.ai is not responsible for the approval, rejection, or enforcement of your content by Meta.

2.5 Google: If you connect your Google account (e.g., for Google Ads integrations):

You authorize Fluxin.ai to access your Google profile, analytics, ads data, or YouTube content in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Google Terms of Service.
You must ensure your account remains in good standing and that content and advertising managed through Fluxin.ai meets Google’s Community Guidelines and Advertising Policies.
You accept that Google reserves final control over ad approval, policy enforcement, and content moderation, and that Fluxin.ai bears no liability for such decisions.

2.6 LinkedIn: If you connect a LinkedIn account:

You authorize Fluxin.ai to access and manage content such as posts, company page interactions, and analytics via LinkedIn’s API, in accordance with LinkedIn’s API Terms.
You agree to comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement andProfessional Community Policies.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content posted or managed on LinkedIn through the Service.

2.7 X (Twitter): If you integrate your X (Twitter) account:

You authorize Fluxin.ai to publish tweets, access timelines, retrieve analytics, and interact with your content via the Twitter API, in accordance with the Twitter Developer Agreement.
You agree to comply with Twitter’s Terms of Service and Rules and Policies.
Fluxin.ai is not responsible for content removed or restricted by Twitter, or any account actions resulting from API activity.s

3. Accountability

3.1 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluxin.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service and the content you publish.

3.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you publish is accurate and not misleading. Fluxin.ai does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: Fluxin.ai and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.

4.2 Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of Fluxin.ai or their respective owners. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission.

5. Privacy

5.1 Data Collection: Fluxin.ai collects and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use, including any data accessed via connected social media accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fluxin.ai does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6.2 Limitation: In no event shall Fluxin.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Changes to the Terms
